    What if I don't have paypal account?

    You can still pay using your credit card. Just choose PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD as payment option and you will be redirected to PayPal page. You can directly put your credit card details, no need to sign up for PayPal account.

    How much is the shipping fee?

    The shipping fee is based on the location of delivery.

     

    What’s your delivery schedule?

    *Delivery timelines are based on Monday - Friday business days

    *Shipping may take longer during holidays and bad weather

    Shipping will take 3-5 business days for areas within Metro Manila and 5-7 business days for Provinces.

    Do you deliver nationwide?

    Yes, we do deliver nationwide. However there are a few areas that are out-of-the-delivery zone. In this case, our courier will charge an additional fee on top of your shipping fee depending on your area. For the list of the out-of-delivery zone, please contact us at info@audiorefinery.ph

    Courier will only have 2 attempts to deliver your order, failure to receive order will have extra charges and will be shouldered by client. If there are any issues or unexpected delays with your package, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@audiorefinery.ph

    All Audio Refinery Products have a standard 1 year warranty unless stated otherwise.

     

    Coverage:

    Main Unit only. Functional Issues Only as well as Defects in Material and Workmanship.

     

    Exclusions: 

    1) Free or bundled and premium items are not included.

    2) Accessories such as chargers, connectors, headbands, earbuds, ear buds, etc.

    3) Missing / Tampered Serial Numbers

    4) Unauthorized modifications from an unauthorized service provider.

    5) Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect, and lack of necessary maintenance.

    6) Damage or deterioration of any accessory or decorative surface/Cosmetic defects

    7) Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the Owner's Manual

    8) Damage due to flood, fire, acts of nature and/or force majeure
